Financial capability training aims to give people the skills, knowledge and confidence to make financial choices that are right for them and help them avoid crises. We can do this by helping people:
- manage the money they have better
- increase their income wherever possible
- have a better understanding of ways to reduce the risk of financial shocks
- know about and understand the financial services available to them
