You can use the below form to make a complaint about the service you have received from us.

If you’re complaining because our phone lines are busy

We know it can sometimes be difficult to get through to someone when you call Adviceline. We’re doing everything we can to make waiting times shorter.

We recommend you call again at a different time, or try contacting us in a different way.

Please note that this form is for complaints about the service you received as a client of Westminster CAB Service, and not for any other type of complaint.  You can see our complaints leaflet here.
