Welcome two new trustees
Citizens Advice Westminster is delighted to welcome two new trustees to the Trustee Board.
Dr Ksenia Zheltoukhova is Director of Research Operations at Nesta, the innovation foundation, and was previously Head of Research and Thought Leadership at the Chartered Institute of Professional Development. She also spent three years at the Work Foundation, carrying out research and evaluation projects in areas of health and wellbeing, leadership, and the future of work and employment.
Jenny King is a senior HR leader experienced in delivering change in complex environments with over 25 years’ experience in leadership and management in the not for profit sector. Jenny currently works as an independent HR consultant developing solutions tailored to address people and organisational challenges facing the not for profit sector. Prior to this Jenny was Director of People and Organisation Development for CIPFA, the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy.
Dee Conaghan, Chair of the Trustee Board, welcomed the two new trustees commenting that: “As the new Westminster City Council contract and the Money and Pensions Service funding have ensured that we are financially viable as a business for the next few years, our concerns are to ensure that we are operating in line with our business and development plan. We oversee, update and evaluate this plan throughout the year to make sure the business – type of services offered, accessibility, standards, ambitions, staff and volunteer retention and development – is as good as it could be. My focus this year is to work with our involved and energetic Trustee Board to concentrate on and input into the strategy of running Citizens Advice Westminster”.
