Supporting Westminster residents during the Coronavirus crisis

A Message from Shirley Springer, Chief Executive, Citizens Advice Westminster

We’ve been supporting Westminster residents for 80 years when we first opened  our doors at the start of the Second World War. At this unprecedented time of a unique national civil emergency we are still here for you.

We can not meet you face to face as our offices and outreach centres are closed but our phone lines are open to offer advice and information, even if our offices are not.

Our help line is  0300 330 1191 and you can check our website for the operating hours and for further information.

If you are worried about money, paying your rent or mortgage, the threat of eviction or have an employment issue arising from the lockdown and closure of many businesses we can help you and you can find detailed information on the website.

We can also advise you on what benefits you can get;

Check if you are entitled to sick pay;

Travel information;

Scammers are being very inventive as ever so be  extra vigilant about cold callers or scam emails.
