New virtual drop-in clinic
Our new virtual drop-in clinic for Westminster residents who are employed or on furlough went live on 20th April. Now you can speak to someone about your problems at work without even leaving your armchair, or while out enjoying the fresh air.
The Westminster Citizens Advice assessor will triage your issue and tell you whether you need to make an appointment with one of our specialist employment advisers, or will refer you to another organisation more relevant for your particular problem.
The service runs between 5.30 -7.00pm every Tuesday evening. You will be able to have a confidential video call with an assessor and you will be seen on a first come, first served basis.
There is no need to register and to access the link to our drop- in session simply click on the link here https://www.westminstercab.org.uk/drop-in-session/
When you click on the link you will enter the virtual waiting room and then be asked for your name, post code and phone number in case you get cut off mid call.
CEO Joanna Cain says: “This exciting and innovative service will enable us to restore some elements of the valuable face-to-face contact we have lost during the Covid-19 pandemic. The video-call will offer an alternative to phone or email contact for clients and advisers, and a digital alternative to the traditional drop-in sessions.”
During the pandemic we are continuing to deliver our services on-line and via email: https://www.westminstercab.org.uk/
