Salary:          £32,457 F.T.E.

Scale 7, Band 1 of Citizens Advice Westminster’s Salary Framework

Hours:           Full-time (40 hours per week)

Contract:     Permanent

The Opportunity

We are proud of our professional and exceptional pool of volunteers that we have in our organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive individual to join our team in Paddington and play a pivotal part in implementing the recruitment, selection and induction of all our volunteers in line with best practice recruitment approaches. A key part of this role will also be to develop and deliver a comprehensive training programme for our volunteers which enables them to deliver services as soon as possible after recruitment and supports their ongoing development.

The Ideal Candidate

As the successful candidate, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a comprehensive understanding on how to support, motivate and develop volunteers to reach their full potential. Self-motivated, with strong IT skills, you will also be a team player with the ability to share and contribute positively whilst having a flexible approach to service delivery.  A minimum of 2 years’ prior experience of supervising, training and developing volunteers is essential, alongside a commitment to working in a multi-cultural environment.
