Volunteer Advice Administrator
We are looking for Volunteer Advice Administrators to join our Advice team.
Working closely with either our Debt, Benefit and Generalist Advice team, the Volunteer Advice Administrator’s primary function is to support Advisers and Supervisors in the delivery of high-quality advice by carrying out administrative tasks related to providing our much needed services to some of the most vulnerable people in our local community. You will be communicating with clients and other third parties, help complete forms, schedule appointments and managing referrals as well as other general administrative tasks. This role provides opportunities in working in a busy environment and gain new or hone existing administrative skills. If you feel you have the right skills and characteristics to support our Advise Team and keen to gain experience as an administrator, we would like to hear from you.
Citizens Advice provides free, independent and impartial advice and information to help people resolve their problems. Last year Citizens Advice Westminster helped nearly 28,000 people resolve crisis over money, benefits, debt, housing, employment or other life challenging problem.
