IT Support Volunteer
The purpose of this role is to provide first-line support to our front-line team with all aspects of ICT. There is also some data analysis involved, for example, IT performance stats, service performance stats, detecting trends and other reporting functions. Some of these stats can be used to make recommendations for improving the IT systems.
Citizens Advice provides free, independent and impartial advice and information to help people resolve their problems. Last year Citizens Advice Westminster helped nearly 28,000 people resolve a crisis over money, benefits, debt, housing, employment or other life challenging problem.
