Client Support Volunteer
Client Support Volunteers play a key part in supporting clients to access information or our services, and assisting clients in identifying the best way forward to resolve their issues. They also support the wider teams by carrying out specific administrative tasks. These range from receiving clients and filling simple forms for vulnerable clients, scheduling repeat appointments and sending post to stock control and replenishing of materials to sending reminders, scanning, photocopying and filing.
Citizens Advice provides free, independent and impartial advice and information to help people resolve their problems. Last year Citizens Advice Westminster helped nearly 28,000 people resolve a crisis over money, benefits, debt, housing, employment or other life challenging problem.
