Expanding our video drop-in clinic

Our video drop-in clinic service is expanding.  From Wednesday 7 July, this service will be open to all Westminster residents who need our help on the full range of our advice and information  issues, including employment,  benefits, universal credit, immigration, debt, financial problems, and housing.

You will  be able to speak to one of our team to explain your problem and they will then assess  what information you need and how best we can help you.  They might suggest you make an appointment with one of our specialist  advisers, or will refer you to another organisation more relevant for your particular problem.

The service will run every Wednesday 10am-1pm

You will be able to have a confidential video call with an assessor and you will be seen on a first come, first served basis.

There is no need to register and to access the link to our drop- in session simply click on the link here www.westminstercab.org.uk/drop-in-session/

When you click on the link you will enter the virtual waiting room and then be asked for your name, post code and phone number in case you get cut off mid call.

CEO Joanna Cain says: “ Now Westminster residents can access our services  without even needing to leave their home! This exciting and innovative service will enable us to restore some elements of the valuable face-to-face contact at our Advice Shop and other outreach clinics that we have lost during the Covid-19 pandemic. The video-call will offer an alternative to phone or email contact for clients and advisers, and a digital alternative to the traditional drop-in sessions.”

During the pandemic we are continuing to deliver our services on-line and via email: www.westminstercab.org.uk
