Advice Shop Opening Times

Advice Shop logo - final

Free information and advice service for Westminster residents; or those who are homeless (with no connection to anywhere outside Westminster)

From Monday 12 November, Citizens Advice Westminster will run the Advice Shop Service at a centre near you.  You can see a range of voluntary and statutory service providers, altogether under one roof!

Get help with benefits and income maximisation; debt and money advice; housing and homelessness; health and community care; employment; immigration and nationality; consumer issues; and crime and noise problems

Our Advice Shop sessions are run in a range of different venues across Westminster during the week, so there will be one near you!  Trained volunteers will carry out a brief triage assessment to try to find the best way to help solve your problem. They might provide you with information so you can take action yourself, or help you to get in touch with an organisation that can assist you; or, if it is something we deal with and your problem is complex, they may book you for a ‘Call Back’ or ‘Face-to-face’ appointment with one of our advisers.

Please note that for our outreach venues (i.e. not Conduit Place), we are required to leave the premises at the end of the drop-in session time.  This may mean that some venues offer a first come-first served ticketed system to see our team.
