Are you a Westminster resident, including those who are temporarily resident, or those placed temporarily by Westminster Council outside of the borough?
Are you homeless, with no local connection to anywhere outside of Westminster?
If you have answered 'Yes' to either of those questions, then we may be able to help you!
Getting Further Help
When you contact us, one of our assessors will take you through a brief assessment to identify the most appropriate way we can help you. This could be by:
- helping you to find and understand the relevant information
- pointing you to a specialist organisation
- making an appointment for a further in-depth discussion
If we're best placed to help, we'll make another appointment for you to meet with one of our advisers, who will help you until your problem is resolved.
Westminster CAB provides general advice and information on a wide range of subjects, including; welfare benefits, debt, housing, employment, consumer issues, health, education, community care, immigration and family matters. The service is free, confidential, independent and impartial.
Our specialist Welfare Benefit advisers provide advice to clients on Welfare Benefit matters.
Our specialist Debt advisers provide advice to clients who are experiencing financial difficulties.
